Double room for two with a double bed, at £350 per person per month (total £700 pm). All bills are inclusive.

House is close to Hyson Green (Tram stop, ASDA, AlDI, The Gym Group, etc.); it is a 15-20 minute walk to City Center and NTU.

Fully furnished by the current occupants. It comes with a dedicated bathroom and toilet for only you (not ensuite but close by), broadband, a shared kitchen, a living room (5 seats with a 50" smart TV), and a dining table area (6 seats).

A short stay, like 2-3 months, is allowed (a longer stay is preferred).

Cleaning of the common space (i. e., vacuuming the living room, dining area, and house entrance) is also included. So you only clean after yourself in the kitchen, your room, and your bathroom.

NB: The single divan bed in the picture has been removed!

Parking is available for one car in the court.

The apartment is in a high-profile, quiet court and is well secured with electronic gates and doors.
