Graystacks is an excellent Nottingham student accommodation location. With up to 200MB WiFi, an exclusive marina location, with local amenities and excellent transport links to campus, Graystacks is an ideal option for students attending the University of Nottingham or Nottingham Trent University.

Room Description:
This bright, modern, large room comes with great views of the vibrant streets of Nottingham. The rooms are fitted with ¾ sized beds, and lots of plug sockets to ensure you can keep everything charged. You also get a desk with drawers and a chair. There is plenty of storage, shelves and a notice board. The shared bathroom, is a spacious modern area with a shower, toilet, and sink, and plenty of room for you to leave your toiletries. You will only ever share a bathroom with one other person. Your stack has a large fully fitted kitchen (3 fridge freezers, 2 ovens, 2 hobs, 2 microwaves and a dishwasher) and living space which you will share with 11 other people. This comes with sofas, tables, chairs, bean bags, and not forgetting the television with built in Netflix, Disney + and much more. Doors then open onto the outside decking area which you have access to. This has great views of the canal and marina and to top it off you there is also a fantastic roof terrace (accessed from stacks 4-14) which offer amazing views and a great place to relax with friend and flatmates!! Your stack also come with a washing machine and dryer so no need to pay for your laundry anymore as it is all free of charge!
