Top floor room not en-suite, in a 4 bedroom house, three bathrooms (one in en-suite room) house.
The room comes with a desk, chair, double bed and a wardrobe and will be available from 17th July 2023, but early moving in date is possible, get in touch to discuss.

Currently the other three rooms are already taken by full-time PhD students at the University of Nottingham, we are all very friendly and outgoing, looking for a 4th housemate to take the last spare room.

Looking for someone sociable, tidy and good at communicating to join the house. The house is quite socially active including social meals, movie watch parties, cleaning rotas. Respect among the housemates is at the outmost importance homophobia/transphobia, religious intolerance and xenophobia will not be tolerated.

The location is ideal for post-graduate students/young professionals working near the Lenton/Dunrkik area. The house is in a quiet and nice area of Dunkirk, 10 mins walk away from University of Nottingham (Park Campus) and QMC. 5 mins away from Greagory street tram stop for connections to Nottingham city centre and Beeston city centre.

The house comes with one parking slot but visitor parking is available if multiple cars need it, there is a back garden great for outdoor drinking or nice BBQ. The kitchen is very modern with gas hobs, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave. Other appliances/amenities include washing machine, television in the living room and WiFi.

Advertised rent includes bills and should be the final figure, but with current increase in living costs a 50£ surplus could be needed at the time of contract signing.

If you are a full-time student no council tax will need to be paid, if you a professional discounted council tax will be applied and will need to be paid.
