The flat is being let as a whole as it's a joint contract, so it's suitable for Buddy Ups and Families.

Room 1: Furnished ensuite Double Bedroom featuring a built-in Wardrobe, double bed, and bedside table.

Room 2: Bright furnished Double bedroom with built-in Wardrobe, double bed, bedside table, and adjacent bath. (We need a replacement for this room ASAP as my flatmate is leaving by the end of March)

Kitchen/Living: Fully furnished kitchen with Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Fridge, Freezer, HOB, and Oven. Also includes a Mop and Vacuum cleaner.

Storeroom provided for storage and boiler.

Location: Prime area close to all amenities, adjacent to M&S, and just a 4-minute walk from Old Market Square. 10 minutes on foot from Victoria Centre and 4 minutes from Old Market Square tram stop.

All bills are divided equally: water, electricity, and council tax (Band D).
