The property is on Orston Drive, Wollaton. It is a 5 min walk to Jubilee campus and a 10 min walk to University of Nottingham Campus. It is also very close to the QMC and a 10 min bus/tram ride in to the city. There is a free link bus to NTU Clifton Campus.

The rooms are also extremely large and one has a small private sitting area.

There is a communal large lounge and kitchen with dining area. There are two bathrooms.

There is a pool table in the garage.

Lidl and coop are in walking distance of the property. As are pubs, takeaways etc.

It’s in a quiet friendly neighbourhood.

It will not include any bills but there are prepaid meters so these can easily be split up. Bills last year were maximum £50 per month including WIFI.

All rooms are fully furnished but items can be removed if you have your own things. Each room currently has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk and chair.

There is a garage for storing of bikes etc., a front and back garden, and off street parking.
