I am looking for someone to take over the room from me so that I can move out into somewhere else for £216 per week (inc. bills). My contract runs out on 7th September so you will have to make another agreement with the building after that.
The room includes an ensuite, large desk and drawers, sofa, large windows and a separate upstairs bedroom as seen in photos. The kitchen is a shared kitchen, shared with 5 other students.

It has free Wifi, 24/7 staff and security, free contents insurance, circuit laundry facilities, social spaces, CCTV and study area.
The room is perfectly placed with several shops nearby inc. a 24/7 corner shop, an international store, Tesco, Sainsbury's and Lidl. It is only a 10-15 min walk away from NTU and a 25-min bus ride from the University of Nottingham. It has lots of bus services inc. one directly in front of the building. The building staff are incredibly nice and helpful; they will have your back with whatever you need.
