I am offering a spacious double bedroom with a private bathroom and a separate private study in my three-bedroom detached house. The property also benefits from a garden and private parking.

The room is available from February 2026 to February 2027, with the possibility of extending the contract.

As I travel abroad for most of the year and only return a few times for short stays (maximum 10 days at a time), the house will be at the shared tenant’s almost complete disposal for the vast majority of the year. This offers a unique opportunity to enjoy the space and privacy of the house as if it were your own.

The location is very convenient:

* There are two bus stops directly in front of the house, served by the 45 and 24 buses, providing direct access to Nottingham City Centre.
* Aldi is just a 5-minute walk away.
* Victoria Park and all main local shops are within a 10-minute walk.

The ideal tenant must be a cat lover, as I will need someone to feed and care for my cat during my absences. In return, I offer discounted rent to the tenant who is happy to take on this responsibility.
