Hi! I’m a current / former tenant of this spacious and modern room at 13B Victoria Street and am looking for someone to takeover the rest of my tenancy for 4 months minimum as I am hoping to move out.
The flat is situated in the heart of Nottingham City Centre, right by the market square and Hockley, its £120 a week, with bills, WiFi, and council tax included. It’s right by all forms of transport and is just a short walk from both universities. There is a large living area, a shared kitchen, 2 toilets and 2 showers. The other tenants are very friendly and easy to get along with.
The room already comes with a comfortable double bed, a desk and chair, a wardrobe, some shelves, drawers and a body length mirror, so there is no need to spend money on furniture. The windows go up to the ceiling, letting in plenty of light and the room has an overall welcoming feeling.
