The house is in a great location, only 0.5 miles from the city centre, with a nice view and a tram stop close by. Nottingham train station and Broadmarsh coach station are about 0.3 miles away, so it’s very easy to get around.
It’s a 3-bedroom house with one main bathroom and an extra washroom. The kitchen and living area are shared and fully furnished. All bills are included in the rent, including fast Virgin broadband.
