Student Tenancy takeover ! for next acdemic year

Looking for someone (preferably female) to take over my tenancy for the next academic year! You’d be living with two lovely girls — one who will be on placement next year and one going into second year at NTU. They’re both really friendly, sociable, and easy to live with. They enjoy going out for drinks or a night out, but also love a chilled night in watching films or hanging out in the flat. They’re also more than happy to live with someone from UON as well!
The flat is in a great apartment block right in the city centre, so it’s a perfect location for uni, shops, restaurants, and nightlife. It’s a really nice and spacious flat with 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms including 1 en-suite, and a balcony. The kitchen comes with integrated appliances, and there’s also allocated secure parking in a garage, which is great if you have a car.
It’s also close to local shops and everything you need day-to-day, making it a really convenient place to live. Bills are not included in the rent.
It’s a great flat with a really relaxed and friendly atmosphere, so it would be ideal for someone looking for a sociable but comfortable place to live for the next academic year.
