Large Double Bedroom

Large double room available in Sherwood! Just a few minutes’ walk from Sherwood High Street, the gym, and bus routes into the city.

Looking for a clean, tidy, and respectful working professional to occupy the room. Someone who is easy-going, keeps shared spaces clean, and is considerate of others in the house.

I usually prefer a female household and would ideally like another female to take the room, but the right male applicant could also be considered. The house has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

We also have a lovely house cat called Binky, he won’t come in your room you unless you ask him as I’ve trained him not to. He has a cat flap so he’s in and out the house a lot. Although he’s my cat, I am very allergic so I don’t let him in my room!
