Double room available in a lovely flat in Nottingham City Centre, just a 10 minute walk from the Victoria Centre!

I am looking for a fellow working professional to join me in my 2 bed flat in Nottingham. It is a really nice place where I have been for 2 years now, and am looking for a new flatmate as my current one is moving out.

The flat is just a ten minute walk from the city centre, whilst also being in a very quiet area of Mapperly. It is contained within a secure block of 24 flats, located on the third floor. A secure parking space is available.

It is fully furnished, with a shared living room, kitchen/dining room and a balcony.

I'm a sociable 26 year old, working in insurance, interested in football, hiking, travelling and cooking. I am looking for another working professional, who is sociable and also clean and tidy. Ideally someone also in their mid twenties, and ideally does not work from home full time.
