Large Room Near the Uni and City Centre

Hi, we have a large double room now available in a private house conveniently located in a quiet and safe place near the University of Nottingham, the UoN Jubilee Campus, QMC, and more. Bus stops are just minutes away, providing excellent transport links to the city centre. It's a 8-minute walk to the university, and you'll find a Lidl supermarket, Costa Coffee, and several other local shops just a 2-minute walk away.

We are looking for a clean student or working professional to share with others. All the rooms have been newly decorated and furnished.

The house offers ample space and includes a parking space on the driveway. We also have a storage area for your bike.

In the kitchen, you'll find a washing machine, gas cooker, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, and more. There's a bathroom upstairs.

The property features gas central heating and double-glazed windows throughout. All bills are included (Gas, water, electricity, 1GB Wi-Fi, council tax, etc.).

The room comes equipped with its own desk, chair, bed, mattress, chest of drawers and wardrobe. If you require anything more, we can discuss it.
