Furnished King Room w/ Garden & Parking

Hi, I’m looking to sublet my furnished double room in Nottingham while I’m working abroad.

The room is bright and spacious, and comes fully furnished with a king-sized bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and desk – ideal for someone looking for a comfortable, ready-to-move-in space.

The house has a well-equipped kitchen and a clean shared bathroom, along with a large driveway and big garden, which is great if you want some outdoor space.

It’s in a convenient location with good transport links, a Co-op just a 2-minute walk away, and close to both the university and hospital.

Rent is £625 per month including bills (fair usage).

I’m ideally looking for someone to stay 6 months or longer. You’d be sharing with a friendly and respectful housemate, so I’m looking for someone similar – tidy, easygoing, and reliable.

Available from early May.
