A bright and comfortable double en-suite bedroom available in a well-maintained four-bedroom house, ideally located just a short walk from the River Trent and within 5 min walk of the train station.

The house will have 3 occupants in total with 3 bathrooms. There are two separate living-rooms. The living-room upstairs is shared. There is also a front garden and a bike store.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with utensils, washing machine, dishwasher and large American Style fridge Freezer.

The house is also 5-10 min walking distance to both tram arteries, 7 min walk to Broadmarsh bus stop for buses to the airport and other cities (as you may guess from my description, I travel a lot!).

Bills (water, energy, council tax, broadband) are included.

My housemate of 4 years has recently moved in with his partner and looking for someone new. Male is preferred but open to everyone as long as a good fit.

I run my own company and the other flatmate is a trainee dentist, ideally looking for a similar professional however hardworking students are also welcome.

I like to hike, cycle, run and meet friends for fun but these days I mostly work and travel for work.
