Our home is at the lower end of the Old Meadows, near Victoria Embankment, and the room is at the back of the House, and overlooks the tranquil back garden, complete with fire pit, tropical plants, & chickens!
This small double room, will be recently re-decorated, and it is furnished with a double bed, plenty of built-in storage space, a desk & chair, and TV wall bracket.
It is offered with full share of all the other facilities; including a slick & shiny clean Bathroom shared with only 1 other, and immaculate black & chrome Ikea Kitchen complete with 5 ring glass hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave.

Our Home is in a highly desirable and centrally located area, in a very quiet part of the Old Meadows, just a 10 minute walk from the Train Station, River Trent, Victoria Embankment, & Trent Bridge; & we are also on the 48 & 11 Bus routes (every 10 mins during the day, direct into the City).
2 Tram routes also pass to within a 10 minute walk from the house, with stops at Meadows Embankment & Queens Walk.

We are a mixed household, shared between me (Peter/Windy - Landlord), my partner Dawid; and the awesome Ed; as well as the 2 very well behaved & friendly dogs, Nelly, & Mr Knight.

We live in a very friendly, mutually respectful, calm and quiet, & VERY importantly, a clean & tidy environment; & are looking for another pretty unique & special house-mate to share with, who will also appreciate living as we already do, and sharing responsibility with keeping the house clean and tidy.

The 3 storey Edwardian house is very quirky and simply oozes character; we have fast 100mb Wi-Fi throughout the house, & the garden is a tranquil urban idyll, to escape & unwind in.

We are always keen to make the most of our Urban Garden, and are trying to green our fingers, always attempting to grow a variety of vegetables, plants & flowers.....maybe YOU can help to bring a greener dimension to our little Oasis?!

We have very friendly neighbours & most of all, this is a GREAT part of the City to live!

The rent includes ALL bills, and £250 will be asked as deposit.
