Short (10 minutes) walk from the University and even less of a commute to the hospital. Two recent ex students living here looking for anyone else to fill the spare rooms after our previous two housemates fled the country. There is one double room and 1 single free (a fifth bedroom is 'technically' available but is currently set up as a games room/guest room).
We are very easy going and reasonably tidy.
