Fun/Quirky/Shabby Chic House NG7 Lovely Housemate

Hello there prospective new housemate!

My current house mate is moving away beginning of December meaning, I need someone to help pay the rent!

I'm a 29 year old female. I work 4 days as a support worker, one day I'm at college and doing voluntary work. I love cooking and baking, I have a pretty unsuccessful go at arts and crafts and enjoy reading. I still party from time to time, but this is definitely not a party house any more, I'm too old and can't hack the lack of sleep. I'm clean and tidy, but not OCD, I'm respectful, fair and, I like to think, kind and fun. I'm ideally looking for some one 25 plus with similar ethics to myself.

I live in NG7. A 5 minute walk from Asda, approx the same to the tram and the buses on Nottingham road. It's a two bedroom terrace house on an avenue, a lovely sized kitchen, sitting room and bathroom on the lower floor, all quirkily decorated with a shabby chic/hippyesque cosy fun vibes.

The bedroom going spare is the smaller room. However, my current house mate has fitted a double bed, beside table and two sets of drawers in there. It also has a built in wardrobe, so it's not that small. You have access to the loft from this room which has lots of storage room.

My landlady is lovely and always easy to contact. The rent is £213 pcm, excluding bills. I'm considering getting a cat, however would be willing to reconsider if you are a rad housemate and are allergic/would prefer there not to be a furry one in the house. No dss please!
