Spacious double room, currently furnished with double bed, large "walk-in" wardrobe with hanging space and shelving, bedside table and 2 chests of drawers.
If you have your own furniture the room can be offered unfurnished if preferred.
All bills included - gas, electricity, water, broadband, insurance and council tax.
(If you are a student, council tax will be deducted from the monthly price).
The house:
Entrance hallway, lounge, dining room, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, utility with washer and dryer, basement with additional fridge freezer, small back yard with decking, upstairs bathroom with shower over bath, shared spare room/study with guest futon. Double front bedroom to first floor, further double bedroom on second floor (attic). The house is fully double-glazed, has a new combi-boiler and is nicely decorated throughout.
There is on-street parking, which is free and I don't have a problem parking outside.
Location:
Within walking distance of Sainsburys, Aldi and Pure Gym. Really good access to the city centre via bus and tram routes, about 10/15 minute journey. About 15 minutes to the M1 (junction 26). Other shops and amenities are a short drive away, including QMC and City Hospital.
I'm looking for a lovely new housemate to live with me. Someone who is pretty chilled out, clean and tidy, and has similar interests to myself. I enjoy seeing friends, popping into town for coffee, lunch, window shopping... having people over for dinner, the odd evening out for a cocktail or two (I'm not a party animal!), nights in watching a movie with a glass of wine... standard stuff really!
I'm open to pets... I'd be more than happy to introduce a cat or two! I love dogs, but with me being out and about a lot I can't commit to looking after one. Feel free to ask me if there's anything else you'd like to know!
I'm currently training to be a midwife, so although I am technically a "mature student", I don't live the student lifestyle! PLEASE don't let the fact I'm a student put you off! If you have any concerns, please just ask me =]
