A very homely and sociable house with close connections to the city centre (it takes about 25 mins to walk into the centre, or a 10 min bus up the Mansfield road), so ideal if you’re new to Nottingham or looking to meet new people in their 20s / 30s.

Groups of friends, buddy-ups, or individuals all welcome! There are currently two guys and a girl in the other rooms, all sociable young professionals in their 20’s, and they are keen to look for like-minded people.

All bills are included. There’s two spaces on the drive and lots of off road parking (it’s permit only but I there are three permits).

If you’d like to pop over for a tour and a chat, or a video tour then let me know! The current tenants will show you around so that you can get to know a bit about them too! I am the landlord and do not live in the property but I am 20 mins away in case you ever need anything.
