Room in Student Accommodation: Nova Nottingham

I'm an international postgraduate student. I booked a room in the luxurious Nova Nottingham student accommodation. It is a very modern ensuite room (double bed). You would share the kitchen with another person. (It's a linked studio plus....see video) I wanted to cancel the booking, but this was not possible. I was told by the management that I would have to look for a replacement tenant and that's why I'm now looking for someone who would take over my contract. The contract would be signed with the management of Nova Nottingham and would start whenever you would like to move in. The contract ends on 07/09/2018. You have to be a student to live in this accommodation. The rent is £161 per week, but since I haven't found a replacement tenant so far, I would be willing to pay you £1000, which effectively reduces the rent to about £140.
