Hi, I have a double room available currently unfurnished. It is a great location for restaurants, bars and shops on Mapperley top. I have a small Shih-tzu living with me who is hypoallergenic and very well behaved. There is on street parking for which you will need to apply for a permit that is £35 a year or alternatively there is free parking after 6pm in the car park until 10am the next day and free all day Sunday. There is also parking at the bottom of the road outside of the resident permit restrictions. It's a really nice neighbourhood and all neighbours are very friendly and nice.
My house is a 3 bed and have a newly refurbished bathroom, kitchen diner and separate living room.
I am clean and tidy and would like someone similar. I'm very sociable and active and walk my dog twice a day.
