I am looking for respectful tenants. My semi-detached house is within walking distance to Clifton city centre and Nottingham Trent University Clifton Campus. It is in a quiet, family orientated neighbourhood. There is parking available.

Bus and Trams stops are 2-3 min walking distance so you have access to regular buses and trams to City Centre.

4min walk to Clifton Leisure centre.

4 min walk to Bus Stop (Bus No: 3, 48, 48X, 53, LocalLink22 and N48) and Tram Stop.

5 min walk to Wilko, Clifton Post office, FarmFood, Greggs, Clifton Library and IceLand.

6 min walk to Morrisons.

20min walk to Clifton Campus.

I'm looking for professionals who are clean and tidy. I would prefer someone who is friendly and sociable who will consider my home as their home away from home, rather than just a place to sleep.

The room comes with beds with soft mattresses, wardrobe, and curtains.

The house has a spacious living room and a kitchen (Cooker, Oven, Microwave, Washing Machine, Fridge/Freezer) and a bathroom with a shower and a bath.
