Hi there,
Iooking for some lovely person to share the house with. The house is 12 min walk to city centre and near a range of amenities like post, lidl ,King Billy etc.
Rent includes council tax, water and gas (subject to reasonable use) and Virgin internet. The electricity is on a meter and shared. The room is cosy, with a double bed and comes with inbuilt wardrobe, chest of drawers, Table, chair and lamps . Tv point and lots of electric sockets in the room.
There is a large Kitchen/Diner with all mod cons. Shared living room and Bathroom with shower and bath. Additional Toilet in the basement.
Some room in the shed or locked gateway to store or hang bikes.
We have a garden that is really socialble and communial but because of a landslide some fell away and will be under construction, however we share the garden with next door so still plenty of BBQs going ahead.
Its a chilled and fun house with great neighbours. Currently habitating a civil servant, a manager and a sales rep, who love sport, music and travelling. Would suit creative and working professional or post grad.
