Need 1 professional working tenant for house share

I am looking for a young working professional to share with my 2 current tenants whom are both accountants. My house is a modern 3 bedroom house with 2 living rooms and 3 bedrooms. It is very close to the M1 and numerous amenities such as the local spar, The Nuthall Inn pub and Aldi superstore. You will have access to the whole house and share all the facilities as the other 2 tenants. You will be jointly responsible along with the current tenants in paying for all the bills for the house. The council tax band for my house is D. Regarding your bedroom, it is a large bedroom fully furnished with a King size bed, mattress, fitted wardrobes and bed side drawers. The ensuite is fully fitted with a shower cubicle, toilet and built in basin.

Regarding my current tenants, I have 2 tenants one is a female and the other is a male. They are both accountants.
