The available room is a good size with a bespoke double bed and newish mattress, desk and wardrobe. Viewing recommended. The house is the only one held by the landlady (accredited with NRLA and licensed by Nottingham Council).
Rent £495pcm. The house and furnishing are in good condition with most of the furnishings new (as of 1 year ago) as are the washing machine and fridge freezer. There is a small back garden/yard with washing line/dryer. The living room photo needs updating to take account of recent redecoration.
Gas and electrical safety certificates held. Council Tax Band A. Energy Performance rating E, though since this was evaluated a new boiler, insulated living room floor, new roof and front and back doors have been installed. Smoking is only permitted in the garden/yard.
A deposit (open to negotiation on the amount), guarantor and references are required.
