Double Room For Rent

Hi!

I have a double room in my house for rent, I bought the house this year and have been gradually renovating it, there is some work in progress in regards to decorating so if you don’t mind that then that’s great!

There’s a great garden with a bbq, yet to get some outside furniture but there’s a long bench along the back to sit and socialise or sunbathe when the weather wants to play ball!

There is wifi, and use of all the facilities, a new washing machine and fridge freezer, and plenty of cupboard space, utensils and plates etc!

I work in planning and I am in the office full time now so not at home really during the week days.
I love having friends over and socialising around the kitchen island, over wine and food but I also love a Netflix binge with all the snacks

I’m a sucker for a walk to get coffee and a wander around the shops!

My friends dog stays for a few days once a month, she’s super cute and very friendly, so ideally I’d like someone who doesn’t mind dogs :)

The house is close to the tram stop, and near the city hospital, it’s an hour walk to town and the forest recreation ground is about 30 minutes way. Plenty of shops and supermarkets near by!
