Lovely self contained, large studio room- own entrance / en-suite with shower / small kitchen / double bed / arm chair / dining table and chairs. Parking just outside room and hot tub in the garden which you are also welcome to use.
There is plenty of space if working from home , or extra space in log cabin or an extra room if required ( at extra cost )

Ideal for person preferring to be away from noisy cities! Also for anyone relocating or wanting a base in the week with own home to return to at w/e.

Full time would be considered for a short term let. (Approx £50 extra per wk))

Situated in the beautiful vale of Belvoir surrounded by fields with a nice village pub within walking distance.

The accommodation is around 16miles from Nottingham and 12 miles to Grantham. 14miles Melton Mowbray 13 miles Newark on Trent Approx 30 miles leics basically in the middle !

We are a private B&B busy most of the time but good to have one room let on a longer basis. in the winter .
