Owner is the only resident of the 3 bedroom, modern, clean and comfortable property and is a working male professional. Also residing at the property is a small dog, a puppy male cockerpoo (due to nature of the breed he is hypoallergenic and does not shed any hair/fur) well house trained although is a sock thief! He resides at the house some of the week and is certainly not left at home when owner is not there. He is energetic, playful, friendly, and with a good temperament.
