The tenancy runs until April 2023 and is only available until then.

The spacious double room comprises two double wardrobes, two bedside drawers, a double bed, and a skylight window. The bedroom is on the top floor of the apartment (3rd floor) along with the living, dining/kitchen area and balcony (West facing).

The living/dining/kitchen area comprises an electric hob and oven, dishwasher, dining table, sofa, coffee table, drawers, fridge, freezer, and plenty of cupboard storage for food and crockery.
