I'm very friendly and looking for someone equally chilled and friendly to share my lovely house with.
I have a tiny cat called Gizmo so liking cats is a must.
The room has a double ottoman bed which has plenty of storage underneath, a chest of drawers and 4 rails for clothes.
There is on road parking and the nearest bus stop is 2 minutes walk with busses into town every couple of minutes. The house is right by the main highstreet in Sherwood and close to town and the City Hospital.
There is a front patio which gets the sun daily.
Contract minimum 3 months and a deposit upfront of £300. Then a month by month rolling contract.
Looking for someone aged 24-38ish who is in full time employment and not working from home (or if so only part-time working from home).
