Compact single bedroom in a semi detached 2 bedroom house in an excellent location just minutes away from Sherwood high street with excellent transport links to the city centre less than 2 miles away.

Very close to cafes, pubs and bars and local shops, but still retains a sense of peace and quiet.

The house has an upgraded heating system with smart valves to customise heating. A refurbished bathroom. The room has ample storage and a desk and chair with lots of natural light. A private garden at the back good for entertaining.

I am a mature student studying psychology and working part-time. Would love to house share with someone who is neat and tidy. Not a loud party person but happy to have friends round for a meal etc. One main thing to consider would be that I am Vegan and as such would not like meat to be cooked in the house. I don't have a problem with the use of dairy.

All the bills are covered including hi speed fibre optic wifi, (apart from a contribution towards council tax if you are a professional).
