Furnished double room in large 4 bedroom house. Room has built in wardrobes and drawers so plenty of space for clothes etc.

TV in the room with Sky (sports & movies) and Netflix. Shared lounge, Kitchen and a chill out/yoga room. Shared outdoor space. Basement Gym and games room.


Separate Bathroom but there's two so no queues in the morning!

All bills are included including heating and solid broadband/wifi.
Sheets can be washed and changed for an additional fee.

Walking distance to Sherwood Shops where there are numerous restaurant, cafes and bars. Close to City Hospital and bus routes to town and QMC.

On street parking on quiet cul de sac

Room available immediately.

I'm 40 and work in the city center. I am occasionally away a few days a week.

My 17 year old son stays regularly, he's very laid back and has his own space on the top floor.

Would suit professional or student. Happy to discuss weekly rent if required.

Please note the room is short term only as my parents are visiting from
NZ at the end of May so will be using the room for a few months.
