Large double room with nice view available on quiet residential street in Sherwood with on street parking. The house is a 5-10 minute walk to Sherwood high street, which has a good variety of shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, hairdressers, gyms, chemists and a supermarket.

Sherwood also has Woodthorpe park, and an excellent bus service to the city centre every 5-10 minutes.

The house is an Edwardian semi-detached with period features. The room has a double bed with storage underneath a bedside table wardrobe and chest of drawers with a large sash window overlooking the private garden. A desk and chair would be provided if needed.

The house has a large bathroom with a velux window, large bath and cubicle shower, a cosy TV lounge, dining room, kitchen with a large fridge freezer, cooker, microwave and washing machine.

I am a recently retired professional health worker and am very friendly.

At present, my son who has recently graduated lives at home with me.
