This is a space for relaxed times, a through space that transitions from indoors to outdoors seamlessly. The materials are natural, with wooden floors, cotton bedding, stone patio. It's a versatile and private..

The place is fully furnished. There is a TV, VirginMedia package and very fast wifi / broadband with no limits. There's a desk for laptop. A kettle is provided in the room, and an iron.

Enjoy the garden and patio. The local squirrel and bird population is very active in the morning. In the evenings the sun hits the patio doors, and there is a glass roofed pergola over the patio.

There is a quality washing machine and drier, and a large open plan kitchen you will share with the owner, equipped with quality Neff appliances; electric fan oven, dishwasher and induction hob. Hot water is constant. Automatically controlled 24 hour central heating.
