Large Double Room in Sherwood **relisted**

Hi there! I’ve been renting a beautiful Sherwood house since May, and now is the time for me to find a housemate! The house is fully furnished by myself, your room has a desk and a built in ‘wardrobe’ type space, but no bed or side table, so you’d have to buy those.

You will have the biggest bedroom, with wooden floor and traditional fireplace (more pics to follow). Room is UNFURNISHED but with wardrobe space.

The bathroom has a small bath with shower attachment (it’s an old Victorian villa) so if you’re small like me that’s a bonus!

Downstairs there is WiFi tv with Netflix, BBC iplayer, YouTube, ITV Hub, and more. We have a little patio area with two wicker chairs @ table plus a deckchair that you’re welcome to use! You can also use all crockery, cups etc. Has full fire/smoke/burglar alarms and is on a quiet street.

It’s a stones throw away from the amazing Divine Coffee House - if you know, you know!

About me: I’m 37, a writer and a keen traveller. Love cats, reading and watching trash tv. I will be most likely travelling a lot more when you’re here so it’s possible you will have the place to yourself for a few months at a time.

You will have to go on the tenancy if you move in, so serious applications only.
P. S. - The cat in the pic no longer lives here, so sorry if you like cats! You’re welcome to bring your own if you have one though :)
