The bedroom available is an furnished double room. It is not en suite. 1st floor is open plan kitchen, living area and bathroom. The two bedrooms are in 2nd floor. There is a washing machine and dishwasher in the kitchen. Water and gas bills are included but broadband is excluded. It's along the roadside with great transport system. 1 minute away from different shops and restaurants right on our doorstep.
We are muslim so we looking for someone we can get along with and can consider a friend rather than just someone renting a room 🙂
The rent is £400pcm and deposit is £200 which would need to be paid prior to moving in.
