Hi, I'm a medical student at the University of Nottingham looking for someone to rent out my second bedroom. The property is only a few minutes walk to City Hospital or you can get a free direct bus from City Hospital to QMC if you work there.
There is also a downstairs toilet that you can have for yourself.
15 min bus ride to town or Nottingham Trent University.
The house was only built a few years ago so it will keep energy costs down. A free Parking permit is available if you have a car. I'm often at the University during the day but will sometimes be at home.
Also, I have a girlfriend of 5 years and my current housemate is female if that makes any females more comfortable.
As I'm a student I don't pay council tax so if you need to pay you will have to pay the full amount, but you will get a 25% discount.
The water bill is included in the price.
