Lovely large double room with a comfortable king size bed, desk, wardrobe, and chest of drawers in a detached 3-bedroom house in Sherwood, Nottingham. The bathroom and kitchen are shared. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood and has a peaceful garden. There is free parking available in the street.
Good bus links to the city and City Hospital, and room to store a bike if needed.
The house would suit a professional or mature student.
The room is £110 a week including bills for a Monday to Friday let (Monday evening to Friday morning but would also consider a Sunday evening arrival). Willing to consider flexibility if fewer days a week are needed and/or term-time only lets. Will also consider a shorter term full time let (eg for PhD student) - £140 week including bills.
All bills are included. WiFi available.
