I am looking for a housemate to take over the tenancy with me from my current housemate who is moving out in March.
I’m an easygoing philosophy graduate who works from home and I spend my free time either out with friends or at home watching TV/films. I’m looking for someone similar who is tidy and friendly!
The property is furnished (mainly with my own furniture), and is a 2-bedroom with a kitchen, one bathroom, and two living rooms. There is a washer-dryer in the downstairs storage cupboard, and a dishwasher in the kitchen. The kitchen also includes a sink, an oven, gas hobs, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and an air fryer. The bathroom includes a sink, toilet, underfloor heating and an overhead walk-in shower. The property also has two living rooms.
On average inclusive of bills it ends up £690 - £720 each depending on usage!
