Hi, I’m Jules 👋 I live in a welcoming three-storey home in Mapperley that backs directly onto a park – with a private garden gate for easy access and lovely views.

Calm, considerate, and friendly household

Not a party house – ideal for a mature, respectful individual (30+ preferred)

Shared main entrance, but your floor feels almost self-contained

My teenage son is here half the week – he’s quiet, and his room is in the basement
