I own and live in a house in Sherwood .. We are seeking our final female housemate .. we are a very relaxed (all female) houseshare. [currently 1 English / 2 French]

One double bedroom available in our shared 4 bedroom house with a chilled and friendly atmosphere. House situated in Sherwood area, nr Woodthorpe Park. Both students and professionals considered.

£450 per month covers rent and all bills, including Gas, Electricity, Council tax, Water, TV license, SKY plus, Broadband wireless internet, use of X-Box/Netflix/PS2/Wii in communal living room, plus use of summerhouse in garden along with any necessary maintenance required to property.

Double attic bedroom accessed by private staircase comes furnished with double bed, two clothes rails, bookshelves, small unit, desk and chair, built-in storage and Velux blackout blinds.

The house has 2 reception rooms, including large lounge and dining room, both fully furnished. Kitchen has all mod cons including brand new gas cooker, washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, and new combination boiler/ heating system. Has new bathroom with bath/shower upstairs and separate toilet downstairs, all shared.

House boasts large garden at rear, with BBQ, spacious patio and separate grassed areas, sunken fire-pit and decking area, plus a large summerhouse with bar. Also has garden at front, set a way back from the main road.

Close to all local amenities with Tesco being just opposite. All other essentials available from Sherwood high street 5mins away, such as 24hr convenience store, post office, Boots pharmacy and numerous cafes, pubs and takeaways.

100yrds away from bus stop straight into town on Mansfield Road, with buses running every 10 mins throughout the day. City Hospital is ten minutes walk away and has easy access to M1 motorway J26.
