I have a lovely double room to rent in a 3 storey, 4 bedroom house in Sherwood...
The room is on the first floor.
You would be sharing with me (Kirsty), I'm a 45 year old year, working professional, friendly, sociable, clean & tidy!
I also own a friendly cat called Tia who will definitely want to come in your room!
I also have another housemate - he's a teacher.
The house is a stones throw from Mansfield Road, conveniently located for busses into town and all the local Sherwood shops, pubs, restaurants & take aways.
Also a great location for anyone working at city hospital, plus you can walk to Victoria Centre in 30 minutes.
There is on-street parking (permit available).
The house is lovely and homely. There's a plasma TV in the living room, a dining room & fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances & dishwasher. The WiFi is super fast for homeworking, gaming etc!
There's a tumble dryer in the cellar, plus some fancy gym equipment (gathering dust!!)
There's a small garden for summer BBQ’s, growing flowers & herbs.
Rent is £450 per month, all bills included. (Council Tax Band A).
The room is available from around 6th May 2024
I would prefer non-smokers, but you can smoke in the garden.
