En suite room, own study, indoor swimming pool

I am a professional woman who is looking for a post grad student or professional to share my lovely home situated down a quiet lane in the centre of Southwell.

There is a choice of furnished double bedrooms, one of which has an adjoining dressing room/study area and an en suite shower/wc. It overlooks a large well maintained private garden. I am looking for one or maximum two people to share.

The house has a dining kitchen, two lounges, study, conservatory and a well maintained heated indoor swimming pool with shower room, all of which you are welcome to use. There is a double garage and driveway for parking.

There is a bus stop 1 minute walk away, providing easy access to Brakenhurst, Nottingham and surrounding towns and villages. It is roughly 15 - 25 minutes drive to the 4 nearby hospitals.

Depending on the room, the rent is between £525 and £595 pcm, including all bills and broadband. I would consider and adjust the rental for a weekday let.

The house is on the market and so I will offer a 3 month let initially, with the viewto extend as mutually agreed. I will also consider short term lets.
