Semi-detached house in Southwell close to the burgage and Southwell trail. The street is quite and there is on street parking available outside the house. Southwell has regular public transport to Newark, Nottingham city centre, Mansfield and Brackenhurst campus.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, mattress and chest of draws, with wardrobe and storage built into the wall. There is a separate toilet and bathroom shared with one other person.

The house has a comfortable lounge, large dining kitchen and conservatory downstairs alongside a large garden- perfect for summer BBQ’s. There is Wi-fi throughout the house and it has plenty of storage space.

Currently living here are two 25yr old, and a medium sized dog and a small dog who are very friendly.
