We have a room available in our large 5 bedroom modern house in Southwell, Nottinghamshire. The rooms is:
Double room with shared bathroom (with one other person) 2.85m * 2.70m. £450 per month (bills included)
The house also benefits from: a large family sized kitchen with a 10 seater dining table; a large shared lounge with ample seating and a double sofa bed; a separate downstairs toilet; a private back garden with plenty of outdoor seating areas; either driveway, or on cul-de-sac parking. It’s a very peaceful area of Southwell, away from main roads, and under 10 minute walk to the town centre.
We are a couple with older children, 2 of whom live with us.
We also have a ginger cat and a very small dog (smaller than the cat).
We are easy-going, have both spent time living in other countries and are very interested in other cultures and languages. Our house is fairly quiet and we enjoy walks in nature and yoga.
