One double room with double bed offered for rent in a three bedroom semi detached house, with conservatory and garden at rear. Landlady lives in. I prefer to stay in summer at my daughter and in winter in my house.
The rooms are furnished with double beds wardrobes, drawers. desk. I have 2 cats.
Rent is inclusive of all bills. Appliances available for use include washing machine, cooker fridge-freezer; shared living room, kitchen, conservatory, garden, bathroom, with shower.

Home is smoke free. Smokers are welcome but must smoke outside or in the conservatory.
Very close to a stop for a good bus route - 25 min to city center, 10 min to QMC, 1 mile to the tram station. Shops 10 min walking distance. 1 mile from Jc. 25 M1. 25 min to East midlands airport.
