Open plan double room with large sitting room

Hi, we are offering a lovely, light and airy, fully furnished ground floor double bedroom which opens up into a large sitting room that is exclusively yours within our home.
The lodger would have their own off road parking space and almost exclusive use of a wet room bathroom next to the room.
We have a large kitchen which you'd be welcome to use.
We have provided a microwave and fridge, one ring electric hob, kettle etc within the room. There is a large chest freezer in the garage that can be shared too.
We are a family of 5, two parents (52yrs) and 3 children (22,19 & 17) but the older 2 live away at university.
There will only be 3 of us living here generally except for the holidays.
We have 3 friendly female dogs.
Our home is on the outskirts of Tuxford, a large, friendly village with plenty of amenities, shops, hairdressers, post office, Deli, cafes and doctors surgery.
We are looking for a quiet, friendly respectful lodger who works full time.
We require references and all applicants will have an interview with us.
We are a normal family household.
We have had two separate lodgers over 2yrs so we are experienced at sharing our home.
We would obviously respect any lodger's privacy and personal space and expect the same but are happy to pass the time when free to.
My husband works full time but I am a stay at home mum at present.
Our house is in a lovely setting with gorgeous countryside views on all sides and is not overlooked by neighbours.
Despite being very near the A1 which offers fantastic transport links is it is in quiet surroundings.
We believe we offer a wonderful place to stay.
