We're looking for someone to move in for 6-12 months, potentially longer if we're still living there. Looking for someone in work/mature student etc.
The rent amount listed is not including bills/ctax/internet, we split bills so estimate £100 a person per month for that.
5 min walk from the big ASDA in West Bridgford, also a bus stop to get into Notts a couple of mins away.
House has the following:
2 car driveway
front and rear garden
shed in rear garden, has space in it if needing to store anything
rear patio with awning
Kitchen has gas hob/double oven/microwave/fridge/freezer/ washing machine, plenty of storage in kitchen
Dining room with patio doors
Living room
Downstairs toilet
Upstairs bathroom with shower over bathtub
Attic access with storage space
House has central heating, warms up fine over winter
There is a 4th smaller room which has a sofabed and some stored stuff
Bedroom itself currently has a wardrobe as pictured, can be included or removed if not needed. No bed included.
Letting agents will want references, usual rented house rules so no painting walls etc
