As little as one month will also be considered. May be available up to six months.

1930's detached house newly renovated with pleasant relaxed feel. Shared spaces include laundry room, garden, kitchen/dining room, living room and bathroom. The road has free parking.

All bills are included as well as a cleaner once every two weeks.

Existing tenants are adult mother and daughter, extremely friendly and relaxed environment, while also being respectful of individuals space.

There is a nature reserve and the River Trent at the end of the road.

Quiet, peaceful area. Bus links are good. number 11 comes every 10 minutes.
20 minutes to Nottingham centre, 10 minutes walk to West Bridgeford centre. Well served with local eateries, pubs and other amenities nearby.
